Commercial Rental is predominantly an equipment rental store. It is unique in that while we rent to the general public, the store also serves as a tool crib for the parent company, Laverdiere Construction. In addition, we rent numerous items that cater to the homeowner and do-it-yourselfer. Our goal is to completely serve both the company and the general public with good, clean, well-maintained equipment. What we'd most like to communicate to our customers is that we run an efficient, service-oriented operation with friendly, professional, accommodating employees... we are here to help you with whatever project you are attempting.
I think what could separate us from the competition is knowledge. I have over 20 years experience in the construction field, specializing in woodworking and carpentry, with a good overall knowledge in construction, including concrete, plumbing, roofing, etc. Consequently, I am a problem solver as I have used most every tool our facility rents. From words of our customers, our equipment is cleaner and maintained better than the equipment in other stores they have visited. Our customers come to know we are reliable from their own experience, along with good word-of-mouth. Another thing that separates us from our competition is we have access to construction specialty items that a typical rental yard or lumberyard would not carry. The most important promise we could make to our customers would be that we will help them to the best of our ability to give them the tools and knowledge to complete their task.
